What type of testing is conducted at Sentosa Natural Health Centre?

At Sentosa Natural Health Centre we conduct a range of non-invasive tests using Bioresonance devices. The tests we offer range from food intolerance testing to exploring health issues such as allergies, hormone imbalances, digestive disorders to more complex health problems, such as Crohn’s disease, genetic disorders, Lime’s disease and many more.

Our approach is deep rooted in naturopathic and homeopathic medicine, in addition to Chinese medicine, biofeedback therapy, nutritional analysis, and much more. Our centre provides some of the most up-to-date therapies and technologies in these areas of medicine and health. At Sentosa Natural Health Centre we also offer Live Blood Analysis testing, Nutrient Analysis testing, genetic analysis testing and osteoporosis testing.

How do I book an appointment with Sentosa Natural Health Centre?

Please contact our reception to book an appointment. Our centre is open Monday-Friday from 8:30am-3:30pm. Please ensure to book (or cancel) your appointment during these time periods.

On Mondays we are open in our Paphos Centre so please ensure to call +357 26653464 for both Paphos and Limassol appointments or enquiries.

 

From Tuesday-Friday we are open in our Limassol centre so please ensure to call +357 25750500 for both Paphos and Limassol appointments or enquiries.

Do I need a referral for an appointment at Sentosa Natural Health Centre?

You do not need a referral from your GP to make an appointment or attend an appointment at Sentosa Natural Health Centre.

Can I book an appointment for an individual other than myself?

Individuals booking for their children under the age of 21, may book appointments as they are their legal guardians. For individuals booking for the elderly who do not have access to phones or are unable to make the appointment themselves, we will accept bookings.

 

However, we do not accept bookings for other individuals, such as friends, partners etc. The individual will need to book directly with us as we need to ensure what type of testing they may require, the individual’s personal medical history and their personal information.

What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

During your first visit to our Centre, please ensure to bring all relevant medical documentation, which may include any recent blood tests, x-rays, MRI’s and/or CT scans, and so forth. Please also bring either a list or the packaging of any current medications (including supplements and vitamins) you may be currently taking.

 

Please ensure you are aware of your blood type group. If you do not know your blood type, please undergo testing to find out your blood type. (This cost will not be covered by Sentosa Natural Health Centre. It is not essential to do this testing prior to your appointment. However, it is highly recommended as this knowledge will help us to conduct more accurate testing.)

 

For children, please ensure to bring their vaccination booklet.

Can I eat or drink before attending my appointment?

Testing at Sentosa Natural Health Centre does not require you to cease drinking or eating prior to testing, unless you will be undergoing the Live Blood Analysis test, which requires you to stop eating, drinking, or smoking, 1 hour beforehand.

How long will my appointment take?

The duration of your appointment will vary depending on the type of test selected, this can be anywhere between 30 minutes up to 2 hours or more.

What will happen if I do not attend my appointment?

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please ensure to inform us 24-48 hours in advance. Please be aware that when missing an appointment, we will be unable to find you another immediate appointment. If you still wish to book another appointment, you will be added to our waiting list, which may take several months before receiving a new appointment.

Does Sentosa Natural Health Centre have wheelchair access?

Yes, Sentosa Natural Health Centre has wheelchair access, as well as access for the elderly and those unable to walk up or down stairs.

Does Sentosa Natural Health Centre have parking?

Yes, in both our Paphos and Limassol Centre we offer patient parking. For our centre in Paphos there is a designated parking area for patients. For our Limassol centre there is street parking outside our centre which is designated for our centre.

What payment method does Sentosa Natural Health Centre accept?

Sentosa Natural Health Centre accepts all types of visa card payments, cheque, cash, or online transfers.

Are Sentosa Natural Health Centre appointments (testing, treatments, supplements) covered by the Γεση Health Care System?

Sentosa Natural Health Centre is not under the Γεση Health Care System in Cyprus, and all testing, treatments and/or supplements will not be covered by Γεση. Therefore, all expenses will be required to be paid out of pocket.

Are Sentosa Natural Health Centre appointments (testing, treatments, supplements) covered by my Health Insurance?

Unfortunately, not all health insurance companies may accept to cover all the costs. However, some private health insurance companies will accept to cover the costs. If you are unsure if your health insurance will cover the costs do not hesitate to ask one of your employees at the reception. Whether your health insurance will cover the costs is dependent on their policy and your health insurance coverage.

Can I return a product (supplement)?

Yes, you may return a product under the condition that the product is unopened, has yet to expire and is in the same condition as when the product was first initially purchased (within 30 days of purchase only). If these conditions are met, you will receive a full refund or may exchange the product for another product if you wish.
